Nashville on the Move returns June 4!

Music City employers will join together to make a commitment to improve their employees' health during Nashville on the Move's monthly walk on Friday, June 4.

Downtown-area employees are encouraged to meet on the downtown side of the Shelby Street Bridge at 11:30 a.m. Walkers will then proceed across the bridge and circle LP Field. A water station will be set up on the bridge to provide refreshments and information to walkers.

Representatives from Mayor Karl Dean's office will join walkers and encourage Nashville employers to make a commitment to take specific steps to encourage their employees' health and well-being.

Walkers unable to attend Nashville on the Move at the Shelby Street Bridge location are encouraged to walk along three additional routes; one at the Farmers' Market, one at Legislative Plaza and the other at Centennial Park. Water and information will also be available at Nashville on the Move stations on each of these routes from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
